ZoriaScan ("the App") is developed and maintained by ZoriaSoft ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience using our application.

This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection — or rather, the absence thereof. We believe in complete transparency about how the App operates.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect any data. ZoriaScan is designed to work entirely offline without any network communication. Specifically:

• No personal information is collected
• No usage analytics or telemetry
• No advertising SDKs or trackers
• No crash reporting to external servers
• No cookies or device identifiers
• No location data

3. Permissions Explained

ZoriaScan requires certain device permissions to function. Here's exactly what each permission is used for:

Camera Permission

Required to scan documents and QR codes. The camera is only activated when you initiate a scan. No images are ever transmitted — all processing happens locally on your device.

Storage Permission

Required to save your scanned documents and PDFs to your device. Files are stored in locations you control and can delete at any time. We have no access to your files.

4. Data Storage

All data created by ZoriaScan (scanned images, PDFs, settings) is stored locally on your device in your app-specific storage or locations you designate. You have complete control over this data:

• You can delete files at any time through the app or your file manager
• You choose when and how to share documents
• Uninstalling the app removes all app-specific data

5. Third-Party Services

ZoriaScan does not integrate with any third-party services. There are no:

• Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• Advertising networks
• Social media integrations
• Cloud storage connections (unless you manually share)

6. Children's Privacy

Since we do not collect any data, ZoriaScan is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR).

7. GDPR & KVKK Compliance

Although we do not collect personal data, we acknowledge the rights granted under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK):

As no personal data is processed, no legal basis for processing is required under GDPR Article 6 or KVKK.

Your data security is ensured by the offline-first design:

• No network transmission means no interception risk
• Local storage is protected by your device's security
• No central database that could be breached
